Phillip was born in New Providence, Bahamas and spent most of his formative years in Eleuthera. After completing his secondary education, he received an Associate of Science Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and went on to work in the insurance field for a number of years. In 2000, he established a custom kitchen cabinet
and high-end millwork company. His background in the construction industry has given him the knowledge and the sharp eye for detail that clients seek.

Phillip attributes his success to his love of real estate and the ability to use his skills and personality to build relationships. His rapport with clients is instrumental in the success that he enjoys from referrals.
