Originally from the Dominican Republic, Ly moved to Mexico City back in 2009, and since then, she called this beautiful Mexican land her home. She planned to retire in a beach destination, but felt in love with the beautiful Mayan Paradise and decided to move here a couple of years before the original plan.

Her work experience includes many customer service positions in highly demanding and constantly changing environments, with more than 15 years of experience. Her first degree in Tourism and Hotel Management taught her to be a quick problem solver, and her second degree in Psychology, lead her to the real estate path. 

Once she moved to Playa del Carmen, she started as Training Coordinator in the sales department of one of the most renowned and experienced Real Estate agencies in the area, the constant learning, and knowledge she acquired, opened doors to take the plunge and become a real estate agent herself. 

As a real estate advisor, her job is to guide you based on what’s important to you such as location, demand and/or profitability. Her main objective is to listen to your plans about living and investing in the beautiful Riviera Maya. And of course, assist and advise you in the amazing adventure of finding the property you’ve been dreaming about! 

Something that fascinates her about the Riviera Maya and the Yucatan Peninsula is the fact that she can be a local tourist any given day, being able to visit cenotes, islands, parks, ruins, towns, and different beaches at a short distance is an incredible opportunity that she likes to take advantage of, and is a dream come true that sharing her love for Riviera Maya to people on the fence of living or investing here, are part of her job and daily activities.
