Isel Arias is the founder of Caribe Connection Real Estate, an independently owned and operated brokerage.

Caribe Connection Real Estate specializes in investment opportunities throughout the Puerto Plata-Cabarete area. 

At age 17, Isel moved to Munich, Germany to study. The following 20 years saw her live in Munich, Barcelona, Mallorca, and Milan. Hence, she speaks German, English, Italian and Spanish, while others in her team speak also French, Dutch and Russian. 

Isel possesses great insight into the challenges of finding a home or an investment opportunity, both from an expat and local viewpoint. 

As you might soon discover, real estate is not just a passion of hers, but a way of life, handed down by her grandfather – Don Chiche Viñas, a man who became one of the founders of the main touristic area of the north Coast of the Dominican Republic.
