With over 20 years of professional experience, boundless creativity and passionate enthusiasm, Carly consistently exceeds her clients’ expectations by meticulously managing the details. Prior to seeking a career in real estate, Carly’s compassion towards people began serving as the administrative fundraising assistant & special events coordinator for The Children’s Bereavement Center, a non-profit community-based, bereavement support, education and resource center serving children and their families throughout South Florida.

Her attention to detail and creativity continued in Miami as the event planner for a premier catering & event design firm, taking part in an abundance of high-profile projects ranging from charity foundation events to lavish weddings, serving distinguished celebrities such as Cyndi Lauper, Gloria Estefan, and our former First Lady, Michelle Obama. For 10 years, she managed all aspects of the production processes from concept to completion, and blossomed in the fast-paced environment, gaining an immense understanding for managing a multitude of details while maintaining quality relationships with her clients, colleagues and vendors.

Carly’s career shifted to the real estate world when offered a position with Quintessentially Estates, a global luxury lifestyle real estate group specializing in buying, selling, renting and managing. She served as their Lifestyle Property Manager for 9 years providing exclusive members in South Florida personalized home management services, establishing strong and trusting relationships with clients and a network of skilled professionals to ensure any request was executed with ease. It was her intuitiveness while helping her clients find balance in the home, where Carly found her passion for international real estate.
