As a member of The Agency South Florida, Angela Corrente serves buyers and sellers from Hollywood Beach to Miami with the utmost dedication and personalized service. Understanding that residential real estate is one of the largest purchases a person will make in their lifetime, she goes above and beyond to negotiate the best possible deal for all parties involved.

Angela finds the most satisfying part of her business is when a client is so pleased with her work that they refer her to their family and friends. She also finds the most joy from pairing clients with their dream home or oceanfront property and having a real impact on the quality of their lives. 

Prior to launching her career in real estate, Angela spent a decade in the International Relocation department of Nortel Networks, a multinational telecommunications company. She managed nearly 180 expats yearly, including the company’s executives and their families abroad by arranging their housing, schooling, healthcare, and taxes while serving as the primary contact for all of their needs. Angela says it was a natural transition to real estate, having already moved people around the world. 

Born and raised in Toronto, Angela attended Ryerson Polytechnical University to study Marketing, is fluent in English and Italian, and can communicate in Spanish and French. She is an active board member of the Hollywood Beach Civic Association, which tackles issues that affect the barrier island, such as beach replenishment, parking, dunes, and ongoing beautification.

She also participates in St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s regular events in Miami and supports her local church in its efforts to feed and clothe those in need. When not out touring real estate with her clients, Angela can be found nurturing her love of fitness (she is a licensed instructor with a specialty in Kangoo Jumps), running, traveling, and enjoying music. 

Angela works with both buyers and sellers as she believes this keeps her better informed about all aspects of the market. Absolutely committed to her clients, she works from a strong foundation of integrity, loyalty, and honesty. She commits to telling you the truth at all times. 

Angela works as a sole practitioner and is backed by the many resources offered by her team of service providers as well as the highly skilled staff and management at The Agency. Her practice is focused on targeted local market in order that she have full knowledge about the properties she’s selling and the communities in which they’re located. 

Angela sees her primary responsibility as serving your best interests and for you to feel that you have an advocate in your corner at all times. She will counsel you throughout your transaction, strategically negotiate on your behalf, and efficiently facilitate the process of your escrow – you will be the decision maker. 

Angela is known for thoroughly preparing her listings before they are introduced to the market. Although no two properties or situations are the same, she is committed to each of her listings showing their best, being beautifully photographed and presented, being pre-inspected, and strategically priced for the given market.
