Born and raised in Grand Turk, Shanice is deeply rooted in the spirit of the islands, drawing strength and insight from her local upbringing. As a former Miss Turks and Caicos title holder and Miss Universe contestant, Shanice actively engaged in local non-profit initiatives, establishing a robust connection with the community through her philanthropic efforts.

In 2022, Shanice was honored with the prestigious Chevening Scholarship Award—a competitive and fully-funded program by the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO) in the United Kingdom. Her time abroad not only broadened her perspective on finance but also cultivated a heightened appreciation for diverse cultures.

Armed with a Master’s degree in Finance and Management (Distinction) from the University of Kent, Shanice brings a blend of financial acumen and insightful vision to the world of real estate. Her expertise extends beyond conventional financial tools, showcasing a unique ability to think and plan with a strategic mindset.

With nine years in hospitality, Shanice has worked in Accounting/Finance and Owner Relations at two luxury resort groups in the Turks and Caicos Islands, including a role as head of finance. She is committed to excellence and client satisfaction. Her expertise includes negotiation, attention to detail, and exceeding client expectations.

Beyond her real estate pursuits, Shanice finds joy in family time, hosting small gatherings for close friends, exploring new destinations, or simply being the mastermind behind the perfect banana bread recipe. Her approach to every aspect of life resonates with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, defining not just her professional journey but the authenticity she brings to every personal endeavor.
