Andrew Ashcroft

Andrew is a second-generation Turks and Caicos islander with deep roots in the community. He benefits from experiences and expertise during 20+ years he has spent in various banking and real estate investment positions in the Caribbean.

During his tenure in Banking he was at the forefront of the hotel/condo boom in the Turks and Caicos providing financing for a number of major real estate projects including The Gansevoort, Beach House, Blue Haven, and Alexandra.

After the crash of 2008 he assisted projects in the Caribbean with the management of turn-around assets and by 2011 the assets were operating at above average performance. In 2014, Andrew decided to return to Belize to develop a World Class resort in partnership with Marriott Autograph with 121 Condos which were 100% sold out in 3 years during construction with a successful opening in May of 2021.

When not showing real estate, Andrew has a passion for spending time with his twins, deep sea fishing and scuba diving.
