Payment Plan:
• Deposit of $20,000 US upon signing of reservation
• First construction payment of 35% of sales price (minus deposit) must be made (along with
signed/executed Promise of Sale contract) within three months of signing of the reservation.
• Second construction payment of 35% of sales price will be due 60-days after signing of the
Promise of Sale contract.
• Third construction payment of 30% of sales price (minus $10,000 US) will be due 60-days after the
scheduled due date of the second construction payment (as above).
• The last payment of $10,000 US will be due upon delivery of the condo.
