Janet is a Bahamas Real Estate Association licensed Broker and Appraiser with over 15 years experience in the Bahamas real estate markets. Her main focus is on Great Exuma, the Exuma Cays and the surrounding islands. Her in depth knowledge of the Exuma real estate market always proves invaluable to her clients. She has been featured on HGTV several times which is a testament to her professionalism, knowledge and outgoing personality. She was born in the Bahamas and moved to Canada as a child and spent most of her formative years in Toronto.

Prior to focusing her career on real estate in Exuma she spent many years in the Disability Insurance and Disability Management Industry in Toronto and has worked in different areas including Administration, Sales, Program Development, Negotiation and Account Management servicing national companies such as Goodyear Canada, General Motors, CIBC Bank and Nortel Networks.

She moved back permanently to the Bahamas in 2004 and has been fully focused on real estate since 2005, particularly in the Exuma market. She was a Top Producer with HG Christie Ltd. several times over and she has now joined the LX Bahamas Luxury Realty Group.
